Everywhere I go I am in search of the perfect poached eggs. Not too light, not too firm, with liquid yolk breaking through a firm but squishy white. Add some parsley on top for a garnish and a smatter of seasoning, and perfection. Add to that some Tel Aviv sunshine, freshly brewed coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, and this side of heaven, what more could anyone want to start their day.
